And the story...

I've always loved the Streets of Rage games serie! I usually played with Blaze while my brother played with Axel. It brings back good memories ^^
This costume is the ugliest crap I ever made. Basically... I hate it. XD It's been made in a rush, in less than 2 days. I had planned to do another costume for the Collectoo convention, but I couldn't finish in time. So, 2 days before the con, I started to think about an emergency plan. As I had a rather large amount of red vinyl at home, I had the idea to make Blaze's costume instead of the one originally planned (the cursed Ulala... XD), because it was part of my cosplay plans anyway. In the end, it appeared to be a very bad idea. XD I sucked at sewing vinyl, I didn't have any accurate pattern, and I didn't have enough time to make the entire costume properly. Pauline and Ashura helped me to finish in a hurry, and my grandmother gave me a hand, but the result is what it is... ugly XD I was so ashamed of that disaster that I unsuscribed from the cosplay contest XD Plus, I was very cold, and old perverts kept asking me where I had bought this wonderful miniskirt because they wanted the same for their wives. Ahem. XD Anyway, it was funny. This costume is now known as "La Bouse" for my French fellows ;) And at the time I'm writing this, I have remade the costume and it looks slightly better than this one. ^^
