And the story...

One day, I received an e-mail from a girl I didn't really know at this time, Rowen. She was asking me if I would be interested in joining her "Pokemon in human shape" group. I didn't have any plans for the Cartoonist yet, and I found it interesting to design a costume after a non-human character, so I agreed! I hesitated a lot between several Pokemons, and I ended up choosing Togepi because he was cute and also because the costume would be easy to recognize.
The design of my outfit is really simple, as the base shape is just a modified dress. I had been told it would be kind of a "sexy pokemons" group, so I tried to make something cute and a little sexy but not too much. The most important thing to me was that people could easily recognize Togepi, and apparently, I succeeded ^^ The group was huuuge, we were something like 36 people on stage, and we had so much fun taking photos together and everything ^^ I really loved wearing this costume. It's now retired for good, but I still cannot explain why such a simple-looking costume had so much success.

I don't have any picture of the complete group (we were more than 36 cosplayers...), but on the little group pic below, you can see: Minnimay, Katfly, Nelene, Elaïse, Tony, Milady, Radamenthe, and 2 girls I don't remember the names, sorry ^^; Don't ask me the names of their characters, I barely know them in french, so I won't try to say it in english =P
